Mammillaria hahniana, the old lady cactus, is a pretty species of flowering cacti, native to central Mexico.
The solitary spherical stems, up to 12 cm in diameter, are covered in white down and white spines. Reddish purple flowers are borne in spring and summer, sometimes forming a complete ring around the apex of the plant
It can grow to 25 cm high and 50 cm wide.
Like all cacti it must be kept dry in winter, and fed and watered during the active growth cycle in summer.
All succulents are sent bare rooted (most of the soil removed) by Express Australia Post at the start of each week. You will receive a shipping email for tracking
